It is IGP's proprietary platform for coordinating utility program operations, participant communications, contractor workflows, compliance tracking, and impact reporting.

How the Journey Connects

Customer, contractor, and administrator workflow: each role enters data at their stage, and that data flows forward. A customer's intake connects to contractor scheduling, completion verification, and administrator oversight.
Pipeline tracking: ImpactHub tracks homes through the full funnel, including inquiry, enrollment, scheduling, weatherization work, and completion, feeding dashboards for TRC/ACE visibility.
Community activation tie-in: broader Atlantic City outreach, including canvassing, Weatherization Sundays, and block captains, funnels into ImpactHub as the single tracking layer from outreach through finished homes.
