SMS Opt-In Consent
ImpactHub collects SMS consent through an affirmative, unchecked opt-in on its intake, enrollment, and contractor registration forms. The consent language and disclosures used across the platform are reproduced below.
1. Primary Consent (Homeowner & Program Participant Forms)
Shown immediately below the mobile phone number field, before the form submission button. The checkbox is never pre-checked.
2. Contractor Marketplace Enrollment Variant
Used on contractor registration and marketplace onboarding forms.
3. Opt-In Confirmation Message
First message sent immediately after opt-in:
ImpactHub: You're enrolled in ImpactHub SMS alerts for the WHEA/IQ
Weatherization Program. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may
apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Full terms:

4. STOP / Opt-Out Confirmation Message
Sent upon receipt of STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT:
ImpactHub: You have been unsubscribed from ImpactHub text messages. No
further messages will be sent. This does not affect your program enrollment.
To re-enroll in SMS alerts, reply START or visit ace.theimpacthub.ai.
5. HELP Response Message
Sent when a user replies HELP:
ImpactHub: For help with the WHEA/IQ program or your account, contact us at
support@theimpacthub.ai or (678) 492-3101. To stop messages reply STOP. Msg
& data rates may apply.
6. Consent Principles
- The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-checked; affirmative opt-in is required.
- Consent language is displayed with the mobile phone number field on the same screen, visible without scrolling.
- Consent is not a condition of WHEA/IQ program participation, service eligibility, contractor registration, or Marketplace access.
- Opting out of SMS does not affect program enrollment or platform access.
- All opt-ins are web- or SMS-based; no pre-recorded voice or autodialer opt-in flows are used.
- Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
