SMS Opt-In Consent

ImpactHub collects SMS consent through an affirmative, unchecked opt-in on its intake, enrollment, and contractor registration forms. The consent language and disclosures used across the platform are reproduced below. ImpactHub is operated by Infrastructure Growth Partners (IGP).

• The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-checked; affirmative opt-in is required.
• Consent language is displayed with the mobile phone number field on the same screen, visible without scrolling.
• Consent is not a condition of WHEA/IQ program participation, service eligibility, contractor registration, or Marketplace access.
• Opting out of SMS does not affect program enrollment or platform access.
• All opt-ins are web- or SMS-based; no pre-recorded voice or autodialer opt-in flows are used.
