SMS Terms and Conditions
1. Program Description
ImpactHub (referred to herein as “ImpactHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the technology platform supporting TRC's WHEA/IQ Weatherization Program. ImpactHub operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with participating contractors, program participants, and enrolled homeowners in connection with weatherization services coordinated through the ImpactHub Marketplace.
Message types sent through this program include:
- Lead alerts notifying contractors of new qualified leads posted to the ImpactHub Marketplace
- Scheduling confirmations, availability window reminders, and appointment updates
- IQ Audit status notifications and project progression updates
- Program enrollment confirmations and onboarding communications
- SnugPro data sync confirmations and audit completion notifications
- Platform announcements, account updates, and service notifications from TRC or ImpactHub
2. Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any ImpactHub intake form, contractor registration screen, or program enrollment page, you expressly consent to receive text messages from ImpactHub at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of participating in the WHEA/IQ program or receiving any weatherization service.
You may opt in through any of the following methods:
- Completing an ImpactHub contractor registration or marketplace enrollment form
- Enrolling as a program participant or homeowner through an ImpactHub-administered intake form
- Submitting a contact or inquiry form that includes SMS consent language
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your role in the program and current activity level. Contractors may receive lead alert messages whenever a new qualified lead matching their service area and capacity is posted to the Marketplace. Program participants and homeowners may receive scheduling and status notifications tied to their project timeline. You may receive up to 10 messages per month during active program periods.
4. Costs and Carrier Rates
ImpactHub does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of ImpactHub SMS communications at any time by replying
STOP to any message you receive. You may also reply
STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL,
END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive
one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to
your number.
To re-enroll after opting out, reply START to a previous
message or re-submit your consent through an ImpactHub form.
Opting out of SMS notifications does not affect your participation
in the WHEA/IQ program or your access to the ImpactHub platform.

7. Data Use and Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to deliver ImpactHub program notifications in connection with the WHEA/IQ Weatherization Program. This information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 8. Supported Carriers
ImpactHub SMS messages are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Delivery to MVNO carriers may vary. ImpactHub is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network conditions outside our control.
9. Modifications
ImpactHub reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the ImpactHub platform website or by SMS notice. Continued participation in the SMS program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
